My Sick Little Girl?!?

Kalli has been running a fever for 3 days! But as you can tell by the smile on her face the most of the time she acts like she feels good and no other signs of being sick! But at night she has not slept since Sunday night and it is getting hard on her mom!!! So today I took her to the doctor, I almost didn't because she was acting so good but she had a higher temp today. So off we went and thank goodness. By the time we got there, her temp was up to 104.1 and she has double ear infection!! Poor girl, I feel like a bad mom for not taking her sooner but at least we got it taken care of and she will be better soon. But if her temp gets up to 106 tonight we have to admit her into the hospital! I pray it does not and that she feels better soon. Also for her to sleep all NIGHT! Right now things are looking good, keep us in your thoughts!

Miranda Lambert's Concert

At the Chase County Fair Troy and I went to the Miranda Lambert's/Mark Chesnutt concert. We went with my sister Jennifer and her husband Clint, Jennifer turned 30 the day after and we also went with my sister-in-law Barb and niece Sabrina and my other sister-in-law Sarah and Michael Andrew and Ryan Large. It was alot of fun! Sarah got a free back stage pass for her and I. Then the funny part of the night was that before the concert I was running around with Barb and Sabrina and I told them to sign up at Coyote Country for free back stage tickets and they won a pair of tickets! So 4 of us got to go back and meet Miranda! She is actually a very nice person and really hugged us for our pictures! I'm not sure why the picture with Miranda and I is so small but that is OK and I promise you it is really me! I was so excited! Mark Chesnutt was also very good and put on a great show! It was a great Saturday night at fair!

I'm ALIVE!

Yeah bloggers, I am back and boy do I have alot of catching up to do! My computer was slowly dieing and I found a really good deal on good old ebay on a new one! So hopefully in the next week or so you don't get overloaded with posts from me! I have missed blogging, isn't that crazy! Well I will probably work backwards to update you all on our fall and summer so hang on to your hats and away we go...

Well we will start with today me and the kids went with Gayle, Lizzie and Sammy to the park it was a lot of fun and had been too long since the last time we had been there!

The one problem with the slides at the park is the static!
Kalli's is very BRAVE! She isn't scared of anything. It makes me nervous!
Colby use to hate the swings when he was little, Kalli is the opposite she loves them!

When we got to the park we were the only ones up there, then up came Deacan and then the Clermont family came and both Colby and Lizzie had fun playing with the other kids! Its amazing how even though kids don't know each other how they can get along and play. We sure can learn alot just by watching our kids. It was a good afternoon at the park!
